Amitabh Bachchan’s Multi-Crore Investment in Ayodhya

Bollywood icon Amitabh Bachchan has once again demonstrated his confidence in Ayodhya's real estate market with a substantial investment. The actor has acquired a 2.67-acre land parcel in the city, valued at a remarkable Rs 35 crores.

This strategic purchase was facilitated by The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), a company that has been instrumental in Bachchan's previous investments in the region. The land is situated in close proximity to HoABL's ambitious 75-acre development project, 'The Sarayu', adding to its appeal.

The transaction was executed by Rajesh Yadav, Managing Director of AB Corp Ltd, on behalf of the Bachchan family. This acquisition is the actor's third in Ayodhya and his fourth plotted development purchase with HoABL, underscoring his ongoing commitment to the city's growth.

Abhinandan Lodha, Chairman of HoABL, shared his insights on Bachchan's investment, emphasizing the shared belief in land as a valuable intergenerational asset. He stated, "At HoABL, we view land as a legacy, especially in Ayodhya, where faith and inheritance intertwine." Lodha also highlighted the city's transformation through infrastructure development and public investment, making it an attractive destination for long-term land ownership.

Bachchan's investment in Ayodhya is a testament to the city's growing appeal and potential. With its rich cultural heritage and ongoing development, Ayodhya is becoming a sought-after location for investors and developers alike.
