The office is located in the prestigious Arc One building on Link Road, spanning an impressive 1,559 sq ft and offering three dedicated car parking spaces. The buyer, Bilkish Associates Private Limited, is a company specializing in debt resolution and credit services for financial institutions.

This transaction follows another high-profile property move within the Khan family. In October 2025, Salman Khan's sister, Arpita Khan Sharma, sold a luxurious apartment in Khar for a whopping Rs 22 crores. The apartment, located in the Flying Carpet building, boasts a spacious 2,500 sq ft interior and an additional 1,600 sq ft terrace, along with nine parking spaces.
