The pent-up demand for tickets is putting pressure on exhibitors to open advances for the rest of the weekend. The paid previews of Dhurandhar 2 have already sold tickets worth Rs. 27 crore, and this number is expected to reach Rs. 35 crore by the day of release.

The paid previews are expected to gross around Rs. 40 crore, a historic margin of Rs. 30 crore higher than the previous best held by Stree 2. The movie has sold 2.60 lakh tickets across the top 3 multiplex chains for the paid previews and is looking to clock historic results of 3.50 lakh tickets.

All eyes are now on the pre-sales for the full-fledged opening day and weekend starting from tomorrow.
