R. Madhavan’s GDN: Unveiling the Forgotten Legacy of India’s Edison

The world of cinema is buzzing with excitement as renowned actor R. Madhavan unveils a captivating poster for his highly anticipated biopic, GDN. This powerful film shines a spotlight on the life and achievements of Gopalswamy Doraiswamy Naidu, a visionary inventor and industrialist who has been largely overlooked by history. GDN, directed by Krishnakumar Ramakumar, is a reunion of the award-winning team behind 'Rocketry: The Nambi Effect'. The film is produced by Varghese Moolan Pictures and Tricolour Films, with Madhavan and Sarita Madhavan as co-producers. The production team chose Naidu's birthplace, Coimbatore, as the filming location to authentically portray the era and atmosphere of his life.
